Each Evoke battery is custom made with a state of the art computer controlled welder. High voltage architecture for utmost efficiency
Evoke Motorcycles leads the charge in lithium battery high voltage architecture. From the inception of the company, we've adhered to a high voltage mindset, understanding that high voltage provides higher total system efficiency. Our 100v and 300v battery systems are developed from automotive standards and safety protocols, and provide our electric motorcycles with exceptional range and the ability to charge extremely fast.
Battery management algorithms for stable riding and operations
Through our proprietary ECU and BMS hardware and software, we maintain control over the entire powertrain and vehicle system, being able to absorb data from over 100+ onboard sensors and make critical decisions based on the information in less than 0.1 second. The complexity of the system allows for instantaneous adjustments and optimization of range, charge speed, and power output delivery to maintain a super stable riding experience for our customers and riders.
Intricate thermal management for maximum safety
Heat is the enemy of lithium ion batteries! With Evoke Motorcycle's proprietary software and battery management algorithms, we are able to mitigate and control heat from the lithium ion battery pack and ensure that the pack stays safe and secure within specification parameters. During ultra-fast 15 min charge, our thermal management software is paired with our patented ultra-fast charging battery packs that feature a 2 stage solid-state to watercooled system; control over this system is imperative to safe ultra-fast charging. On our fast charge battery packs, our software and algorithms control our air-cooled systems for maximum performance and charging speeds.
High current connection system for ultimate performance
High power lithium ion battery packs require a high power and high current connection system. Our specialized high power laser welding system and unique assembly process allows Evoke Motorcycles to produce high quality, high performance battery packs. Delivering upwards of 300+ amps of continous current requires the connection and terminal system to be designed for the application in mind.
Zero wire integration system for robust operation for years to come
Every Evoke battery pack minimizes traditional wires inside the pack as they tend to introduce a potential failure point of the entire system. We alleviate the issue by integrating PCB (Printed Circuit Boards) for signaling and high current laser welded bus bars for power, delivering a robust and and stable battery system for the harsh environments motorcycles and cars are subjected to on a daily basis.

The production process begins with rigidity in mind, and to manufacture great products with consistent quality requires this level of stability. At Evoke Motorcycles, we've developed our battery production lines with stability as our fundamental base, but allowing for customization and flexibility when it comes to developing new electric motorcycles, outsourced battery pack designs or electrifying a new type of vehicle.
