Technical Tasks

• Lead a growing team of hardware and software engineers
• Oversee the hardware and develop software electronic control systems for Evoke’s electric motorcycle range including but not limited to HMI, ECU, BMS, TMS, etc.
• Contribute to the development of future Evoke electric motorcycles with a keen perspective on control systems and safety
• Oversee the design, development, redesigns, updates and improves hardware circuity, schematics, board layout and system architecture to integrate electronic components 
• Design, develop, redesign, updates and improves the software architecture and code required for the hardware to run
• Debug, test, analyze software and hardware used in Evoke’s electric motorcycles
• Oversee budgeting and work closely with the core team to define direction of future R&D
• Work with core team to create development plans for Evoke's overall electronic product lineup and future product development schedule 

Lead software and hardware teams to:

• Understand electronic sensors arrays and integration into electric vehicles
• Create and test battery cooling and heat management systems
• Implementing battery management system 
• Oversee creation of the software for our customized smart systems
• Manage third party software developers for outsourcing difficult to make hardware components
• Oversee the creation of testing and validation procedures for customized electronics
• Test and integrate the battery and electronics with the rest of the electric vehicle
• Develop electronic schematic diagrams and PCB layout for customized electronics

Administrative Leadership and Management Tasks

• Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions
• Supervise electronic and engineering team members
• Provide ongoing training to support staff
• Liase with Technical Support, Business Development for customer support

Technical Tasks:

• Developing electronic schematic diagrams and PCB layout for customized electronics
• Solid understanding of electronic sensors arrays and integration into electric vehicles
• Understanding of C/C++ a plus 
• Create and develop vehicle and battery wiring diagrams
• Creating and testing battery cooling and heat management systems

Financial Tasks

• Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow for the company.
• Control and drive future investment rounds, including investment strategy, growth, use of funds, etc. 
• Ensure financial compliance with investors, local laws and inline with company policies

Marketing Tasks

• Support the preparation and adhere to marketing budgets

• Work with the team to design print ads and publications
• Implement social media campaigns on various platforms
• Coordinate off-line events, test rides, media events for greater brand visability 
• Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective but also consistent messaging and positioning of the organization 
• Lead all areas of contact in generation and production across all media platforms 

Adminstrative Tasks

• Coordinate office administration 
• Document preparation and transcription 
• Unify key tasks for the management team 
• Manage schedules, travel plans, meetings and events 
• Support department heads and various departments 
• Communicate with external service providers 
• Connect with EV industry leaders 

• Implement reimbursement systems and assisting with revenue processing financial analysis of actual projected expenses 
• Assisting with account payables and receivables 
• Develop financial statements 
• Completing miscellaneous, special projects of the financial department as needed 

• Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and delivery of our electric motorcycles and parts
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycles
• Liaising with suppliers, shipping companies, packaging companies distributors and consumers to ensure on-time delivery
• Oversee packing and shipping of customers' orders
• Coordinate and organized with shipping vessels and production factory for timing of customers' orders

• Research and understand local on-road certification requirements for various markets
• Liase with testing companies to audit vehicle testing and safety procedures
• Work with local government jurasdictions to certifify electric vehicles for on-road use
• Provide technical and engineering feedback to product development team for certification required adjustments
• Work closely with engineering team to adhere to global certification and motorcycle safety standards

General 

• Lead, strategize, identify, plan, manage and execute the overall branding image of the company and outward facing content
• Overseeing all design and innovation aspects of the company's products and services, including product design, graphic design, user experience design, industrial design, and package design 
• Responsible for aspects of advertising, marketing, and engineering

Sales, Advertising & Marketing

• Plan and execute marketing, branding and design objectives (social media, offline, online, design, PR, digital, non-digital, etc)
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback
• Plan, prepare and adhere to marketing and advertising budgets 
• Liaise with sales department and customers to establish marketing and branding concepts that resonate with target customers
• Utilize branding and marketing projects to drive company awareness and drive sales leads

Engineering

• Lead projects related to product design, user experience, industrial design and package design
• Assist with engineering department to execute said projects

Leadership

• Build product development team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training team members
• Maintain branding and marketing team by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Work as part of a team and with other departments within the organization

• Work closely with our distributors, retailers and customers to provide technical support and updates in a timely manner 
• Troubleshoot and analyze issues from distributors, retailers and customers
• Assist in rolling out software and hardware updates
• Liase with customers and engineering team to provide active feedback to futher improve vehicle 
• Work closely with production team to fully understand repair, maintenance and assembly processes of every component in the electric motorcycle
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
• Complete detailed repair, maintenance or service reports 
• Design and oversea technical manual updates 
• Assist management in creating training materials

• Develops and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in the factory
• Maintain required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production
• Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company
• Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes
• Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution
• Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies
• Assist in coordinating engineering changes and adjustments for production vehicle
• Coordinate with R&D team for new parts and suppliers for the launch of new products
• Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments
